My beloved mother in law died on 3rd December and we were unable to bury her till 12th January. I cannot praise Doves Sittingbourne enough. Right from her collection from the home until we laid her to rest in the cemetary we were treated with compassion and understanding. Julie in particular was a star, nothing was too much. When she said 'feel free to contact me anytime' she wasn't joking. You didn't feel like you were 'making a fuss' they listened, explained and generally cared. If your loved one is as precious as ours let Doves take care of you and yours so you can rest assured ALL your wishes are adhered to.Thanks Doves but a special mention to Julie at Sittingbourne branch, you made our loss bearable!

We recently lost my grandfather and Doves has been incredible from the moment we contacted them. I honestly can't thank Julie, Chris, Colin and Glenn enough - they truly went above and beyond to make this process easier for my gran, mum and myself. They truly treated us like we were family and I will always be so grateful to them for this.I highly recommend Doves should you need to contact a funeral directors - we were very new to everything and Julie and Chris were extremely kind, patient and always there to answer the phone when I had a question. Thank you all so much for bringing some light to a very dark situation. From A.F. Hood's family, thank you.

We cannot thank Doves Sittingbourne enough for how our Mums funeral went. It was absolutely perfect. Julie at Sittingbourne is like a friend when she deals with you. Chris, Tom, Glen and Debbie on the day were just amazing and so supportive. Mark Perrian, the Celebrant was like having a family member or family friend conducting the service. Just can’t put into words how perfect it was. Anita & Helen

From the moment I contacted Julie at Doves in Sittingbourne she was caring, compassionate and genuinely cared that we got the best service and best day we could possibly have. Chris was our funeral director on the day and he did absolutely everything possible to guide us through the day, helping us along and giving us support and reassurance. Going through a family bereavement is a tough enough situation for anyone, but the team at Doves try to support you and give you as much help as they can. I would recommend them 100%.
