From the very first call just after my mum died, Doves were compassionate, kind and helpful. They were informative about the next steps, and picked up mum within hours. Then, throughout the planning and delivery of my mum's funeral, Kayleigh was very professional, well organised and reassuring, accommodating of all our family's wishes.On the day our funeral director Chris was the perfect lead, making sure we had his full support and taking care of every detail. He did this with warmth and empathy, and nothing he did ever felt intrusive. He wore a green tie and pocket square for mum too.There's no doubt Doves made a very difficult and distressing time much more bearable for our family. We can't thank you all enough.
