From the very first call just after my mum died, Doves were compassionate, kind and helpful. They were informative about the next steps, and picked up mum within hours. Then, throughout the planning and delivery of my mum's funeral, Kayleigh was very professional, well organised and reassuring, accommodating of all our family's wishes. On the day our funeral director Chris was the perfect lead, making sure we had his full support and taking care of every detail. He did this with warmth and empathy, and nothing he did ever felt intrusive. He wore a green tie and pocket square for mum too. There's no doubt Doves made a very difficult and distressing time much more bearable for our family. We can't thank you all enough. Highly recommend.

Very professional service, Kayleigh went above and beyond. She was very helpful with helping myself and my son in planning my wife's funeral, nothing was to much for her! I can't thank her and the whole team at Doves, would highly recommend.

We chose Doves Maidstone over several other funeral directors as the initial contact with Kayleigh gave us great confidence and nothing was too much trouble.Kayleigh was very sympathetic, understanding, helpful and thoroughly professional at every step in the planning of my mother’s funeral.Chris the funeral director was very respectful and oversaw every detail on the day in a non-intrusive way, right down to wearing a tie in my mother’s favourite colour.Doves made a very difficult day easier. The personal service from start to finish was outstanding. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

When my husband passed away I had no hesitation in choosing Doves to organize his funeral. Doves had organized both my parents funerals years ago. From the first meeting with Kayleigh at the Knightrider Street office a weight was lifted from my shoulders. She explained the options I had so the funeral would be what my family and I wanted for Martin. From the lovely celebrant Sue, local fresh flowers, a personal printed order of service. Everything was arranged by Doves just as we wanted it. The drivers of the hearse and cars were so kind and helpful. The staff at Doves are so kind and friendly, but also very professional.

Absolutely fantastic, Kayleigh in the office was easy to talk to about the arrangements and has a very caring approach she was also easy to contact if needed. Chris our FD on the day was absolutely fantastic easy to talk to and made the instructions of carrying the coffin in, very clear as it was my first time carrying an adult in Chris made sure the day went smoothly and with care.Thank you to Doves again for everything, if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a Funeral Directors Doves is a fantastic choice.
