Terry helped us through a very upsetting time when our Mum passed away. Everything was handled in a sensitive and professional way given that covid 19 was disrupting everything and due to restrictions on travel (I live abroad).A big thank you to James for making my mum's final journey extra special by walking infront of the hearse which has number plate HRH (mum would have laughed out loud).(A very small negative is that no-one mentioned Zoom to us which would have enabled other family and friends to participate in the service) but these are exceptional times. Thanks to the Doves team for attending to all the important little things in our time of sadness.

Terry and team dealt with all aspects of the Funeral preparations of my father in a professional and caring manner throughout. They made a difficult time much easier for all involved and i would not hesitate to recommend them.
