In the run up to my mothers death, the gentle yet experienced guidance was exactly what one requires at such an emotional time. Throughout the entire process we were treated respectfully but also with assurity. The day before the funeral I receievd a reassuring call to say all was going to plan and what I could expect on the day. On the day of the funeral the team were nothing but kind and reassuringly efficient. It's these little details - the gentle informative manner and the kindness that stood out for me and give me no hesitation other than to highly recommend Doves.

We were extremely well supported throughout my father’s funeral. All staff were friendly and kind. We made our choices…the coffin, order of service booklets etc with no uncomfortable attempts at up-selling. The process was extremely efficient in the planning and on the day. Although funerals aren’t particularly cheap, it was less than we expected and we could clearly see where the money went. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice to use Doves….which was actually a recommendation from a friend who’d used them previously.

We are so grateful to Cheryl and the entire team at Doves Sevenoaks for the help, guidance, service and support they provided us during an incredibly difficult period. We can’t thank Doves enough for taking care of everything when it came to arranging the funeral for our dear uncle. The rest of the family live 200 miles away and Doves were incredible, giving us a ‘one-stop package’, arranging the Crem, Church, casket, flowers, order of service, tribute site and everything we needed. The day itself went as well as possible, the funeral director very respectful and professional. We would highly recommend.
