I can’t thank Dutton & Hallmark enough for the care and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Losing our father was incredibly hard, but from the very first conversation, Simon made us feel supported, understood, and never alone. Simon’s professionalism was evident in every detail, yet it was his kindness and patience that truly stood out. He took the time to listen to our wishes, gently guided us through each step of the process, and ensured that everything was handled with dignity and respect. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no question was too small. All the staff were equally wonderful—courteous, organised, and deeply compassionate. On the day, everything ran smoothly, seamlessly and with the upmost dignity and respect anyone could ask for, allowing us to focus on remembering and honouring our father. Their quiet efficiency and genuine care made a world of difference ( especially Anne, she was wonderful and very helpful). Dutton & Hallmark provided not just an impeccable service, but also comfort and reassurance when our family needed it most. You helped us every step of the way, whether it was a question or support, and showed what a truly fantastic company yourselves are. Dutton & Hallmark have been the absolute best company we could of ever wished for, every step of the way their care & help has been second to none n we couldn't thank them enough for everything they have done for us as a family, we've had the best support and care and they treated us so beautifully and helped us give my dad the best send off ❤️ on behalf of all my family thank you ever so much especially to Simon and Anne you both are absolutely fantastic.
