What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
No deposit is required.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
No upfront payment is required.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
No upfront payment is required.
Invoices are sent approximately two weeks after the Funeral.
We ask for settlement within 30 days. If a solicitor is dealing with the Estate or there is likely to be a delay, we can offer flexible no-interest terms whilst waiting Probate etc.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
Deposit are not required.
Accounts can be paid by cheque, card, cash, BACS (or by monthly instalments by arrangement).
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If we are informed of the circumstances and agree to wait (i.e. for Probate to be granted and funds to be released) then no additional charges will be made.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
You can exercise your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We will only charge you for the following:-
a) any Goods that are made to your specification and/or clearly personalised to the deceased as we would be unable to re-use them
b) any Professional Services completed up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind
