Used this company and branch specifically very recently. From collecting Nan once she had passed all the way through to her funeral and beyond they were excellent. The wonderful men who came to collect nan were totally professional and walked us through every step of what they were doing. We felt very supported. Kerry from the Paddington branch went above and beyond what we were expecting. We felt like a priority at all times and nothing was too much trouble. She was always curtious and had excellent knowledge. She even help us when we were looking for an ice cream van for the wake- a request I'm sure she doesn't normally get! Even when we contacted the office after the funeral this care continued. Kerry and her team made an extremely difficult time a bit easier. It was highly appreciated and a service we wont forget

Terrible, shameful treatment of our dear brothers closest family members. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
