Where can I find a full list of your prices and service options?
What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
This varies depending on the services required. For most of our services the deposit is equal to the disbursement (third party) costs of the funeral arrangements with the exception of unattended and simple funerals.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
Deposit must be received at least 3 working days in advance of the funeral date e.g deposit is due on Thursday for a funeral on Tuesday.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
We would normally issue the final account a week after the funeral date and require full payment within 30 days of the date of account.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (with the exception of American Express or reward credit cards) and bank transfer.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
We may charge interest if the account is not settled within the 30 day payment terms and have not received prior written notification from the client.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
If you have instructed us to commence work and wish to cancel within 14 days of the date of signing our agreement, we will ask you to pay the fees and charges associated with any service or goods provided in that period.
