I highly recommend E Sargeant and Son. They are a very caring team; just what you need when you are coping with a terrible loss. Vicki Newell was a wonderful person to deal with. She was calm, efficient, friendly and put us at ease. She organised all the elements of my father’s funeral really quickly and secured the crematorium and celebrant of our choice. On the day, Rob looked after us and was very gentle and kind. Thank you to the whole team.

A truly caring experience from E Sargeant & Son of Windsor. Cassie and the whole team were so helpful, kind and caring when we lost our Mum. They kept us updated and were very considerate with the whole affair. I've just received a christmas card from Cassie and could not believe my eyes. What a wonderful thing to do, thank you. The card and your kindness throughout meant the world to me.

I have read many of the reviews below and they clearly define Sargeant's and my feelings toward them. They are, and I mean everyone whom I met and dealt with, extremely professional, kind, thoughtful but above all compassionate. They dealt with passing of both my parents in a short period of time, a time that was extremely difficult for myself and family, and made this part of the process almost seamless, they simply could not do enough.I couldn't have chosen a finer funeral director.Thank you so much Abbie & team

I got in touch with E Sargeant & Son Funeral Directors in the early hours of the morning and I was instantly put as ease. Their team arrived within the hour and explained every step they were going to do, to take my mum away. I'd never witnessed this before, but I was very happy how they dealt with it. I was then guided by Katrina through the whole process of arranging the funeral. She was extremely lovely, professional and caring and provided a sense of comfort knowing my mum was being taken care of. Thank you so much.Matt

I'd like to acknowledge what wonderful and attentive service I have received from Katrina at the Windsor branch of E Sargeant & Son. From the time I first made contact with her just over a week ago until today when I have signed the paperwork for a funeral plan for a relative, Katrina has been professional, giving me helpful information and options and explaining the process and payments clearly and sensitively.I imagine it is hard work, especially now during the pandemic, to be advising on funerals and all that is involved. Katrina's customer service and her responsiveness to my needs was great.Thank you so much for making a difficult task, easy for me.
