The most kind, compassionate company who went above and beyond to help me. Peter, helped me so much and did everything in his power to make my service the most beautiful that he could. He helped me throughout the whole process keeping in contact and gave me ideas when I couldn't come up with anything because of my grief. He ensured that not only me, but he gave my child the send if they deserved and quite frankly, don't think I could have gone through this process without him. I couldn't recommend them enough! Leading on from my last review, we had our baby's service today and it was amazing. Everything was perfect. Peter and Emma, we're incredible and made us feel comfortable and at ease. On such a hard day they brought us so much comfort. Again I will say, I could not recommend them enough, they were amazing and a perfect fit for our family

During a time of shock and sadness, Peter and the team at E Sargeant (Maidenhead) gently guided us through every step with calm, empathy and respect. Nothing was too much trouble.  Peter helped to ensure that our daughter was looked after with care, kindness and dignity, and that the Celebration of Life we organised was perfectly fitting for her. 5 Stars – Compassionate, Respectful, and Professional Sargent & Son in Maidenhead took care of my girlfriend Mary-Ann Politis’s cremation in July 2023, and I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and professional service. From the first moment I contacted them, they were kind, understanding, and patient. At such a difficult and emotional time, they guided me through the process with real care and attention to detail. Nothing was rushed or impersonal – everything was handled with respect and dignity. The cremation service they arranged for Mary-Ann was simple, beautiful, and deeply moving. It honoured her life in a way that felt truly personal and meaningful. I’ll always be grateful for how they helped me say goodbye to someone so special with grace and love. This has to be one of the best funeral directors, we have had to use them four times now over the last few years. I cannot fault their service, commitment and professionalism. Peter was at the end of the phone and email when I had questions. Henrietta spent ages talking to myself and my brother to understand our Uncle and she was spot on with everything from the order of service to delivery. Jose was just amazing on the day, he was warm, caring and so supportive.

Peter and his team supported us and managed the arrangements with care and professionalism that took stress off the family during a difficult time. Peter also made suggestions to issues that gave us the perfect send off for my father. I highly recommend their services.
