I recently arranged a funeral for my aunt. Like I should imagine most people I didn't know where to start. I got in touch with east coast funerals and it was like a weight had been lifted. Pamela and Gary were very gentle, kind and caring. They answered all my questions and were very professional at all times, the service was lovely and all pressure was taken from me by Pamela, thank you so much east coast funerals.

East Coast funerals helped our family through the difficult time when our mum 'Anne' died. Pamela was amazing at arranging everything with us in a kind and sensitive way, even delayed her own holiday to attend the funeral. The staff on the day where wonderful and kind, so understanding of our grieve. Highly recommend them to anyone through the difficult times when having to plan a funeral for a loved one x

I recently had the unfortunate burden of having to organise a funeral for my mum. I was absolutely dreading the whole process and didn’t have a clue what I needed to do. I got in contact with Cilla who took me through everything in my own time, step by step. The whole experience was thoroughly professional, kind and thoughtful. Every request I had, no matter how ‘out there’ it was, was fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. The empathy and professionalism shown by Cilla and her staff was nothing short of outstanding. I will forever be grateful for her support during the hardest time of my life. The service was faultless and the staff on the day were impeccable. I hope I do not need to use them again any time soon, but should I need to, I know I will be in the safest hands. Thank you for everything ECF.

We have recently held our Mother’s funeral using the services of this company. Their professionalism and advice ensured that the day went very smoothly and we had absolute confidence that every detail had been attended to. Nothing was too much trouble for Cilla and we felt that we were receiving very personal and expert care. Our grateful thanks to all.
