Excellent service throughout the process of organising my husband's funeral. I was treated with respect and the utmost courtesy at this very sad time for my daughters and myself. I was given guidance on protocol and left at appropriate times to discuss with my daughters what we wanted and was never put under pressure. I cannot rate the team high enough from the day of organising the funeral to the actual service on the day of the funeral and I would thoroughly recommend this funeral directors to anyone in the future. I cannot recommend Thetford East of England Co-op Funeral Services highly enough. I had popped in to enquire about another matter and spoke to Sue who was very helpful and understanding. But, as it turned out I needed their services sooner than expected on an unrelated matter and Lisa helped me through the process. She was understanding, sensitive and professional throughout. She was so kind, caring and genuinely concerned throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make a difficult time easier to cope with and less stressful. A Compassionate and Professional Service I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Thetford East of England Coop Funeral Services team for their exceptional support during such a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, they showed genuine compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism. The Funeral Arrangers (Sue and Lisa) guided myself and my family through every step of the process with patience and care, every detail was handled smoothly, respectfully with our wishes and requests always firmly at the forefront. What is a very stressful and upsetting time for loved ones, was made that much easier with the professional approach by both Sue and Lisa who work in Thetford.
