Unfortunately I've got to that age where the generation above me are slowly passing on so I am asked to help organise from family and friends to help. Having been involved too many times recently, I thought organising my father's passing would be easy, this was not the case, coroners, family fueds, lost paperwork amongst many other issues but I had to do this for my family but who do I ask to help? By chance I had met Keri Jo & the team a few years ago so contacted them for help. All of the team at Edmunds Brixton stepped in and fought my corner from that very day. They called hospitals, coroners, crematorium ect They called me every other day to see what else they could do, even making sure my family was ok. They made Dad's celebration of life an amazing day & he would have been so happy. I'd got a few quotes from other funeral companies in the area & Edmunds was the best deal hands down. Since we've laid dad to rest, Keri & the team have checked in regularly to see how we all are. As I said at the beginning I've done far too many of these now but I will definitely be asking Edmunds to help in the future, just hope its not too soon.

From the moment I met Keri at the viewing I knew we were in kind, compassionate, caring hands. Thank you all very much for the excellent attention to every detail surrounding my sons funeral. You all were very kind, respectful, and professional. You made us feel comfortable and able to concentrate on the issues at hand…. we appreciated the time you gave us to discuss options presented to us for arrangements and was very grateful for the choice you chose in the minister. You went full on in wearing yellow ties, knowing it was my son’s favourite colour. We will always be eternally grateful for all your help Thankyou Sandra and Family

My family used Edmund & Sons on Stockwell Road and found them to be compassionate, professional and respectful. We felt cared for and very well guided through what was a difficult time for us. Our main contact was Leonie who was very empathetic and reliable, and all the team we spoke to their were also very supportive.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support we received from Edmund & Sons Funeral Services during the most difficult time of our lives. From the very beginning, they treated us like family, providing guidance and compassion every step of the way. The care they showed for my father was impeccable. We opted for a beautiful horse-drawn carriage, and it was a stunning tribute that we will always cherish. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests truly exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was their friendly demeanor and the genuine listening ear they offered. It made such a difference having someone who truly understood our needs and emotions during this time. If you're looking for a compassionate and dedicated funeral service, I wholeheartedly recommend Edmund & Sons. They go above and beyond to ensure that your loved ones are honored with the utmost respect and dignity. Thank you for everything you did for our family!
