Where to start - Going through the proccess of loosing a loved one is VERY hard - My life partner of 47 years died after a 6 year battle with Terminal Cancer and arranged her own Funeral while she was still capable of doing so - i was left with the paper work and trying to keep to all the instructions left for me - I have never done this before so looked to Melia Powell for guidence - there i found a lady called Rachel - she just helped and listened and sorted things with nothing more than compassion - this ladys patience knows no bounds even when i was getting frustrated with Bradford Council rules, Rachel went the extra mile to make sure i understood what was going on - Almost a year since that fatefull day all is sorted and i know maybe can move on slowly - I really dont know what else to say apart from THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart -

There aren't enough adjectives in the English language to express our gratitude to Zoe, Rachel, Steve and the whole team at Sandbeds. Everything was dealt with with kindness, empathy, efficiency, accuracy, help and support. Communication was fantastic. The partners they use for flowers, keep sakes, memories etc are also wonderful. I cannot praise the team enough - we felt safe and comforted throughout the whole journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Zoe has had a lasting impact on me. She's amazing.

Our Mum passed away very quickly after a short illness. This was a shock to us all however from making that 1st dreaded phone call the team were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much to ask for , we added things at the last minute which they dealt with brilliantly. The bespoke celebration of life / order of service was beautiful. The empathy the team showed us was wonderful. We thank you.

I was privileged to work along with Melia Powell for the funeral of a very special youngster with our Volkswagen Hearse yesterday. Merv was so welcoming and had everything so well orchestrated to ensure that it ran perfectly for the family. We all worked together as a team which is exactly how it should be to ensure that it was just what the family wanted. All the staff were great, and gave up their Sunday to help. I would not hesitate to recommend this company especially with such a lovely and caring team taking care of the families. Well done! Further to this review I would like to thank Merv and the team at Melia Powell for another service with us for a gentleman today. The team are so very respectful and professional and ensure every detail is just right for the family. Merv is a super star and you can tell that the families think very highly of him. 👍🏼
