I cannot thank the team at Exeter and District Funeral Services for everything they did to make arranging my mum's funeral a really pleasant experience. Freya was so helpful; from the initial phone call to meeting us and talking us through each package and arrange the officiant (Richard) for us. Richard is a great man and understood that we didn't want a religious service but an upbeat, celebration of my mum's life! Working with him, helped us keep it very jokey and a happy service which my mum always wanted. Jade, I cannot thank you enough for running my mum's funeral service and for presenting my mum, you made her the most beautiful, sleeping beauty I've ever seen! (Also thank you for staying on after you'd close so we could say our goodbyes before the coffin was closed) and a big thank you to the pallbearers, as we had no one to carry mum into the chapel. We couldn't collect mum's ashes for a couple of weeks due to other family commitments at the time, but it wasn't any troubles for the team and they kept her safe until we could collect her in November. The team in Exeter are incredible, I've never had to arrange a funeral before but they went above and beyond for us. Thank you x

Excellent professional and caring service from Jade from the initial contact all the way through to post service. Really appreciated the help and guidance received. It helped to take the pressure off the whole process. Robert who conducted the funeral service was excellent and added some caring touches.Thank you.

The whole team made a very difficult time much more bearable. Freya was fantastic from start to finish, she came to visit us and nothing was too much trouble throughout. Robert also visited us and gave us excellent guidance and help in planning Dad’s service, and Jade was sympathetic and helpful on the day of the service. The service was faultless throughout.

Jade and her team were so considerate, professional and respectful when it came to the funeral of my husband. The help in the week running up to the funeral was just right and with Richard acting as our celebrant, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Thank you.
