From the first day we visited Jo in Crayford we have been treated with respect and dignity. On the day of my father’s funeral the young men who looked after us were outstanding. I cannot thank Albin & Sons enough for looking after my beloved husband. The whole sad journey was made so much more bearable by the compassion and care shown by Jo and Steve. Nothing was too much trouble, and the day was a wonderful tribute to a wonderful man. They recently also looked after my brother-in-law’s memorial service, again making sure it was a fitting tribute to him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jo and Steve are “my little angels from heaven”

F A Albin &sons have done 2 funerals for me and both times the service has been excellent from the moment you vist to book the funeral to the end it is perfectly executed. It takes the pressure of yor shoulders they can't do enough to help make everything run smoothly on the day. Jo in crayford is amazing the work she does is incredible nothing is to much for her she deals with everything and makes sure everything is covered

I definitely made the right decision when I chose Albin’s in Crayford for my Mum’s funeral. They went above and beyond with every aspect. From the initial planning, right through to the service everything was done with compassion. I cannot thank them enough for making an incredibly hard time so much easier to deal with and prepare for. Joanne Branch dealt with all my questions and concerns that I had when planning a funeral for the first time and she put my mind at ease from our first meeting with her very caring attitude. Albin’s service was of the highest quality and I am so glad that we chose them and would recommend to all.

We had the sad loss of both our parents. Jo was so kind, patient and sensitive, giving us time to talk and not feel rushed. She was always available to discuss any queries we had. It was a double funeral and Steve and the bearers were superb. The church is very old and narrow in places and they managed to place our parents side by side with such grace, dignity and care that many of the congregation commented on it. Albins has shown respect and care to both our parents and us as a family. They are very professional and we are grateful for their guidance and service.
