In May 2024 we booked FJ Pinnock to direct the funeral of our Mother. Andrew, was professional through the whole process and delivered a personal and well managed service. They were patient, accommodating and made the difficult process of working through a funeral a lot easier to manage. We are very grateful for the service he and his team delivered.

I was recommended by a friend to F J Pinnock and Sons at Harlow and at a very sad and challenging time for myself and sons with my husband, their father, passing away nothing was too much trouble for Andrew. He supported and guided us through our time of loss with professionalism and compassion. The Celebration of my husbands life was exactly what we wanted it to be thanks to Andrews choice of Celebrant and guidance and help throughout. Thank you again.

Andrew and the team were so caring when my husband died before Christmas. They helped us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to use a family run business where they cared and we were not just another customer. Thank you for all your support and help at a hard time.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a final thank you for taking such good care of dad and for helping us out massively with the funeral arrangements and giving us your time to help us I'm not sure what we would have done with out your help and time. Nothing was to much trouble and we didn’t feel like a burden. You even let us see him last minute and made him look the best he could possibly be and I will be forever grateful for that. I will be telling family and friends to consider using your services when they will unfortunately need them in the future that's for sure. Thank you again and thank you to your team take care and hopefully see you around on better Circumstances.Emily and Sue

A huge thank you to Andrew & his team at FJ Pinnock & Son... With what is a very difficult time losing our loved one, Andrew really went the extra mile to make everything easier for the whole family. Grandad looked amazing with being in the care of Andrew & his team and we all felt at ease that he was in good hands. We as a family really felt a good connection with Andrew & I personally couldn't recommend him enough, even staying open beyond the shop's hours so I could make it late in the evening to visit my grandad one last time which really meant the world to me. Thank you for everything you have done for us Andrew...Maurice's Family
