Where can I find a full list of your prices and service options?
What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
We will require a £2000.00 on account payment. For the direct cremations, we require payment in full before the funeral
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
We will require this on account payment, before we remove the deceased into our care from hospital. For all other arrangements, we expect the on account payment to be paid before the funeral unless solicitors are involved.
Direct cremations must be paid IN FUll before we book the date.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
We will require the balance of the account to be paid with 4 weeks of the final invoice. This will usually be sent a week after the funeral service.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We accept all major credit cards for the on account payment and for the final account balance payment. Or we will accept a cheque, cash or an online payment for this payment.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
We do not charge additional monies for late payment, however we do expect prompt payment at the four week point.
Any fees incurred if the account has to go to a debt collection agency or court will be passed onto the family.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
If you change to another funeral provider, we will only make a charge for the removal of the deceased into our care. If the deceased has not been moved into our care we will not make any charge. The fee would depend on the time of day that we are called to collect, but briefly it is £200 during working hours and £300 out of working hours.
