The people I dealt with were very respectful and accomodating at a difficult time. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the direct cremation which resulted in a lot of distress for myself. However, the company were very honest about this and did what they could to try and rectify it, which was appreciated.

Helen and all the staff were very caring and informative. The funeral service was just as I had hoped it would be and there is nothing I would have altered.

We were very happy with every aspect of the service provided. Helen was so caring and supportive throughout, and the staff on the day of the funeral were very professional, but also very human. This made us feel comfortable and relaxed through what was a difficult and painful time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Helen and Ashley and Roger arranged both my Father and Mother’s Cremations, the latter was yesterday. I can’t praise them enough for their compassionate, personal and professional services. I delivered the flowers for the coffin and was hugged by Helen because of my tears…. Thank you to your excellent team.

Helen was wonderful in helping us plan our mum’s funeral. We requested a purple coffin as it was mum’s favourite colour and it looked amazing on the day. Mum’s funeral went smoothly and Firmager Funeral Directors made a very difficult day easier to deal with. The men involved were extremely polite and courteous and made us feel that whatever we required they would provide. I want to thank them so much and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is facing such a sad event.
