Fosters in Rutherglen carried out my granny's funeral in August. Due to covid things were very different. Fosters listened to every detail and despite everything going on they managed to give my granny the send of she deserved. They managed to keep things as normal as possible and paid attention to detail - right down to the funeral directors all wearing pink ties (my granny favourite colour).Thank you fosters Rutherglen.

If you're looking for a chavvy service then use this lot. Had to badger them for the return of the burial deeds & can you believe it these were sent out with no stamp. I had the indignity of having to pay at my local Royal Mail depot to get them back. I contacted them several times, & eventually spoke to a 'manager' who couldn't see the distress this caused. On principle I asked for the postage fee, but am still whistling for it. They advertise as being affordable, but are actually more expensive than the competition. Gave them 1 * because Google don't let you post on zero stars. A nightmare of a business.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Professional and caring staff who guided me through the many difficulties of arranging a funeral during lockdown. It is worth noting that whilst this company is known for providing services at a very competitive price, they provide the same high quality service and products of any other funeral director.

Fosters in Rutherglen helped me arrange my husbands funeral. The service I received was excellent and they helped me through the whole process. Jackie Wilson helped me through with empathy and understanding. Nothing was a bother I even phoned her day before funeral to ask if Rolling Stones could be played in the hearse! Not a problem she said! Thanks also to Alan Keenan who was our funeral director on the day and looked after us so well. He was delighted that he could listen to Rolling Stones on way to Linn in the hearse. He saw Rolling Stones in 1976! Also Joseph who downloaded Brown Sugar!I would recommend Fosters in Rutherglen to anyone. They were amazing during these horrible scary times and I will always appreciate their understanding and support.
