I can't thank Fosters funeral parlour in Bellshill enough for everything they have done for us, they helped us so much with my brothers passing. Claire especially is an absolute credit to the company. It takes a special kind of person to do the job she does and she's one very special lady. Arranging a funeral for a loved oned is one of the hardest things anyone has to do but Claire was there every step of the way.My brother was only 34 when he passed, my mum and dad should never have been burying one of their children. It took all of the strength and courage my mum had to walk into a funeral parlour to discuss and arrange a funeral she should never have to do but she left Fosters in bellshill after sitting with Claire with a feeling of calm and comfort. I will always remember how amazing you were with my mum and dad Claire, you were just so lovely to all of us, saying thank you just doesn't seem enough. ❤Yous are the best at what yous do.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Xx

Customer service department non existent.Humanist paid for by cash however it was also covered by the policy in place however the Humanist required same day payment. Was advised the money for the Humanist would be reimbursed within 14 days. That was over two months ago. Numerous calls to the Bellshill branch and constantly palmed off with excuses. Happy to take your money, but want nothing to do with you afterwards. Avoid Avoid Avoid
