Catherine was just so lovely, supportive and helpful. Kieron Dooley gave great advice and reacted promptly and effectively to liaise successfully on our behalf with third party issues. The overall service provided was very satisfactory and compassionate at an emotionally challenging time for us all.

Kathryn at City Road St Helens, was absolutely brilliant, she was extremely professional yet extremely welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained and I understood. I had contact updates and communication throughout, if I had any questions I felt at ease phoning and asking , Kathryn was on hand throughout. I felt like I had made a friend and felt so easy to talk to Kathryn. I would 100% recommend. On the day of the funeral kieron was very reassuring to me and I felt at ease.
