Dad's funeral and care was dealt with great professionalism and empathy. It was organised perfectly and the communication was second to none. All the staff were great but particularly Martin who had the ability to put us all at ease. There was some beautiful and respectful touches throughout. We cannot thank you enough.

We were most impressed with all of the team, we had a lot of contact with Martin and Stephanie, they were available whenever we required them and all helped immensely to make it as easy and trouble-free as possible. We would like to thank them all.

From first calling Frank Dooley and Son the service we received was second to none. The team were respectful and kind on the day our loved one passed away. When we met Jayne for the first time she put us at ease and was knowledgeable, helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral we got a lovely call from one of the team who reassured us of the days timetable. The funeral itself was a beautiful celebration of our loved ones life and this was definitely down to the care, understanding and compassion of all at Frank Dooley, particularly Jayne. Thank you

I cannot recommend this Funeral Directors enough. From the off Jayne was incredibly helpful, informative and understanding. She was really patient, firm, and honest. We were recommended to use their facility in Haydock which felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all very well presented, spacious, clean and well suited to the situation.Considering the circumstances, we felt happy, comforted and content. From start to finish, both Jayne and Tony were incredibly supportive and it really did contribute to helping us all feel at ease. They went out of their way to keep us informed, and to accommodate us and our wishes. On the day it was very well organised and structured, and the team that turned up were as professional and respectful as the other staff.Since, Jayne has been very helpful, comforting and supportive and throughout there was no pressure financially or anything. We will always be grateful for their kind attention and will always continue to recommend them in the future.
