Thank you so much for the care you gave our mum . From our first meeting with danielle to gradually meeting all the staff you were all exceptional to the day of mums funeral. You treated our dearest mum with so much love and care that made the process a bit more manageable. To do the job you do from taking care of our lovely mum bringing her into your care ,talking to us about mum in a very respectful manner. Talking to her and fixing her make-up to how you felt she would like it ❤️, respecting wishes and our emotions we can not thank you all enough amazing staff each and everyone of you ❤️

Would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Frank Dooley and Son Haydock to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. The service received by me from start to finish was truly and totally exceptional. At such a sad time the care and professionalism shown were outstanding.
