Absolutely excellent service under very sad circumstances, as always. My family have used Frank Dooleys for decades and they are truly kind, honest, supporting and caring in all aspects of the funeral arrangements. Would recommend to anybody. The whole team at the Nutgrove branch were brilliant however I must single out Deborah Aspinall. From the very first phone call, visits to the funeral parlour and many telephone calls and through the actual funeral itself, Deborah was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate person anyone could of asked for. It was clear from the start that she is totally dedicated to her profession and we could not of asked for anyone better to look after our dad on his final journey. It made our lives so much easier from the time dad passed until the day of his funeral knowing that he was in such caring hands. Thank you all so much.

I did not hesitate in choosing Frank Dooley & Son to care for my late husband after using them previously. We were treated with the upmost respect at all times. The care and compassion that was afforded to my husband put our family at ease. It gave me comfort visiting him while he rested there. Nothing was too much trouble for Deb and Danielle, keeping us informed of every detail or requirement needed. Deb, without you by my side I would never have got through the funeral. I’ve sadly had to use Frank Dooley and sons twice in the past six months after losing both of my parents in a short space of time. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely exceptional. Deb and Alex deserve a special mention — they were perfect in every way. The respect, care, and dignity they showed towards my parents was truly touching. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it made such a difference to me and my family during such a painful time. Communication was always clear and timely, and everything was handled with such professionalism and compassion. They took so much of the stress off my shoulders and made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as it possibly could be. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Dooleys is a lovely place The staff are fantastic They go above and beyond and make the experience as lovely as it can be for you. Very caring and compassionate, sympathetic and understanding. Deb went above and beyond for us and it was a pleasure to have her help with my dad’s funeral. This place and the people give you comfort when it is most needed. I came to dooleys clueless I had no idea what to expect and what to do but deb helped me every step of the way and would talk to you as a friend. Would 100 percent recommend this place.
