Freeman’s looked after me extremely well to guide me through the process easily and sympathetically. I felt comforted and in very safe hands throughout from the first call to the actual cremation. Totally professional, caring, understanding and well organised service. Their "delicate" and "sincere" approach to our loss was very comforting. Communication between Freemans and the Bereaved absolutely faultless. Without their guidance we would not have had any idea of what was involved in the stages and processes needed from time of passing to the funeral. I would give more rate stars if I could.
