I can highly recommend Freeman Brothers! Having to arrange my dad’s funeral from abroad was daunting at first but having Chrissie at my side with her kindness, humor and availability throughout the whole process was invaluable and greatly appreciated. No question was left unanswered, I had total transparency concerning costs which in this situation is a bonus. I am grateful to Chrissie and her team at Freeman Brothers for making my dad’s funeral the lovely and dignified send off that he deserved. Thank you

We cannot express our gratitude enough for Harry and the team. Harry put us at ease and explained the whole process with such compassion. He even answered my emails over a weekend, which was very much appreciated. Tom and Ian led out funeral procession and supported us well during the funeral with such professionalism. We cannot recommend them enough, so much so we have used them 3 times! The Patel Family.

OUTSTANDING !!! When emotions and sadness and all things are happening around you, it is a huge comfort to know that when you get Freeman's involved, you have nothing to worry about. Martin explained things to us, although I don't think all of it sunk in, I was grateful I wasn't on my own. Martin did remind me of a few things, that I had forgotten, of which I was extremely grateful to him. Truly very happy, feeling comforted and relieved to know that Freeman's collected our mum, looked after her and treated her with respect. When they bought mum into the chapel, they bowed, very respectfully, thankyou.

An oasis of compassion and professionalism during one of the hardest times anyone can face. Treated with respect and kindness by all staff. Since the passing of my father Freemans have stood out as the organisation who go above and beyond to make arrangements as smooth as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending.

When my partner passed away last year, his family and I contacted Freeman Brothers in Horsham to arrange his funeral. The service we received from them was outstanding and when my mother passed away in May this year, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to arrange her funeral. On both occasions, our initial appointment and subsequent contact was with Alex who was extremely friendly, sympathetic and helpful and made the whole process so easy for us. Both funeral services went without a hitch thanks to their professionalism and experience. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Freeman Brothers to anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of losing a loved one.
