Overall we were very happy with the service we got from Freeman Brothers, Crawley. When we first met our funeral arranger she was very reassuring and helpful as we didn't know what the processes were., or how to plan a funeral. On the day the hearse and limousines were immaculate. The drivers were very kind and made sure we felt supported. We got quite a few comments about what a lovely service the funeral was.

I'm so glad I chose Freeman Brothers of Crawley for my husband's funeral. They delivered exactly what I wanted and more and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Everybody was so kind, caring and professional throughout my contact with them. Jennifer supported and guided me from my initial contact to confirming the final details. She dealt with all my wishes promptly and efficiently. Vicky cared for my husband and prepared him exactly as I asked and was a great support when I went to view him. My parents had purchased a will plan from Freeman's, which really took a lot of pressure off of us when my Mum passed away. We dealt with Jennifer who made the whole planning and day run exactly as we wanted it to. The celebrate that they recommend, Karen Willis delivered the eulogy as if she knew my Mum personally. We had several people who could not make the funeral and we had the video link which everybody who used it said was very good.
