If you are in need of a funeral director stop searching as you’ve found them! I dealt with Martin in the Billingshurst branch of Freeman Brothers. They have been simply incredible. They have managed to make the toughest weeks of my life seem so relaxed and simple and took such incredible care of my late mum. Nothing was ever too much, the communication was incredible and at no point did I have any concerns or worries. They were happy to transport my Mum over 3 hours away for a burial and at no point was anything a challenge and I was made to feel as if it was all a simple process. Also the use of their Chapel at Hills Cemetery meant there was no rush as the chapel was ours for the day. I honestly can’t thank them enough. And especially to Martin who is a true gentleman and a credit to the business.

My mother's funeral was arranged taking full account of her wishes and the family's needs. Nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish it was a truly excellent service provided by Martin at a very difficult time for us. Professional yet friendly and compassionate, calm, efficient and reliable, we couldn't have wished for a better send-off for our amazing mum. Last minute wishes weren't a problem and I remain completely in awe of the whole organisation from collection at the hospital where she passed away, through 'near trauma' of the Chapel of Rest which was made truly beautiful, to the service at the crematorium. I honestly thank everyone very much. Debra
