My sister and I were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and Gillian. The attention to detail was fantastic, and with their help we gave our Mum the very best funeral. They made the whole process go extremely smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better. We would highly recommend Fuller and Scott.

As a family we have lost two parents in the last three years. Both times we’ve had no hesitation in entrusting their last journeys to Emma and her team at Fuller and Scott. All the stress, worry and enormity of organising a funeral was lifted from us. From the moment we made that first phone call to Emma, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We can still bring to memory that feeling of sheer relief knowing that all would be okay, our loved ones were in the right hands and would be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Emma and her team were always available to answer any worry, even the most insignificant or small query was acted upon with speed and efficiency. We all felt so confident in the team. At the funeral services, Emma and her team were wonderful. They looked immaculate and acted with respect and consideration. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fuller and Scott, CPJ Field, ultimately they were kindness personified. Richard and Heather West

A very special thank you to Karen who has always been so helpful and caring whenever I called. In addition our heartfelt thanks go to Emma who has gone above & beyond during the most darkest days of our lives. Since losing our son suddenly Emma has helped ease the stress for our family by arranging everything on our behalf to be able to hold the most beautiful service for our darling boy. Her professionalism, compassion, personality & ability to keep it real has been amazing & we will always be grateful. A special mention too to the rest of Emma's team who were also very professional & compassionate. Rachel, Scott & Tom Keane⁹

Myself, father Colin, and sister Toni would like to thank both Karen and Emma for such a kind, considerate, and professional job of organising our late mother's funeral. Not only did they do what you would expect of a funeral directors but the extra mile they both went in looking after us, especially my father who is very frail both before and on the day of the funeral was exceptional. Their compassion was faultless, even to the extent that on the day we saw our mother in the chapel of rest (the day before the funeral) Emma rang a local barbers, explained the situation and got my father booked in immediately, even though they didn't take bookings and there was a queue outside. Karen then assisted me in walking my father down the high street where he walked straight in with a vacant chair awaiting. Upon his return we had coffee and biscuits. This was all before seeing my mother and considerably helped not just my father but also my sister and myself in readiness before seeing my mother in the chapel. This in our opinion was way way above the call of duty and is only one aspect of their obvious dedication to their jobs and the well-being of their clients. The service itself was impeccable and we as a family cannot recommend Karen and Emma highly enough. They are one service one does not wish to use frequently obviously, however if and when the need arises again we will have no hesitation as to where to go. Thank-you both enormously. Best wishes, Matt, Colin & Toni
