From first contact the team at George Hill made the difficult process of arranging our mum’s funeral much less stressful than I expected. Their warmth, sensitivity and kindness supported us through each step. Ellie was our funeral director and she gently helped us through the many choices and decisions we had to make. From the moment mum was taken into their care, at the chapel of rest in the Cheadle branch, we knew that she would be looked after. Ellie also linked us to our celebrant, Anna, who delivered a eulogy that perfectly captured who mum was. Ellie, Anna and the team ensured that we had a funeral service that was a true celebration of mum’s life and we are so grateful for that.
