I would like to thank Gillman Funeral Service Carshalton for their amazing support organising my father's funeral. Theresa McCourt was our funeral arranger and was outstanding from the start. She really took her time with us, explained everything we needed to know, and considered our religious and cultural practices when arranging the funeral. We were able to contact her at any time with our enquiries and she was always available to help. Theresa's kindness and professionalism put us at ease and ensured we were in good hands; we were very fortunate to have her. The funeral service was simply beautiful. Sherren was our funeral director and she led it with such professionalism and compassion. They gave my father the most beautiful and dignified send off. We are deeply grateful for Gillman's service before and after the funeral, and were truly blessed to have Theresa's support. I highly recommend Gillman for a compassionate and dignified send off.

Gillman Funeral Service Carshalton. Theresa the Funeral Arranger, Anita the Celebrant, Darren the Funeral Director, the drivers and coffin bearers were all absolutely fantastic. The whole day went smoothly, every one of them was genuinly sincere, thoughtful, respectful and professional. They created the perfect farewell for Mum. The whole team were absolutely amazing, so kind and caring. The phone call I received from Derek the night before, to run through everything was so helpful and put my mind at rest as I didn’t know what to expect. The driver was so lovely and so patient. Anita was an absolute angel, the service went beautifully and Val would have been so proud. Leanne is an absolute superstar, so patient, kind, caring and just a joy to deal with. She made it so easy and took so much pressure off of us. Nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. An absolute credit to your company. Leanne at Gilman's in Carshalton was fantastic. She organised our father's funeral with empathy, patience and care during such a busy time of the year (Christmas). She went above and beyond for our family and we really couldn't have asked for more. Kingsley and his team of pallbearers were also fantastic. He made sure the day went smoothly and with the respect it deserved.
