I can’t express my gratitude enough. My Dad died on Christmas Day evening. Gillotts FD came to collect him and were so respectful. Jo was our funeral director and she showed compassion and the utmost professionalism. Jo guided us through this most difficult time with absolute care.

Caring. Professional and meticulous attention to detail. It takes a lot to impress me but Gillott’s were absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to Dad recently. The level of care and attention to detail was world class, they made the whole process of arranging a funeral a simple but an highly personal experience. The personalised coffin with engravings on which reflected Dads life was also a beautiful touch. Not sure if there is any such thing as a perfect funeral but if there is then this funeral was definitely it. I would not hesitate in recommending the team at Gillott’s to take care of your family members when the time arises. Thank you Gillott’s.

One word, Exceptional ! I cannot thank Gillotts at Eastwood for all the help, care and sincerity they have recently provided us since dad's recent passing. Every single member of staff deserves a big thankyou, they treated dad with such respect throughout, seeing him in the chapel of rest warmed my heart ❤️ Drew captured dad perfectly at the service like he'd known him for years. Thankyou to each and everyone of you, I really can't speak high enough of you all. Thanks also to Tracy the flowers were amazing, we really appreciate the effort you put in having to get them done so early in the morning. Heartfelt thanks, Lynn, Karen and Christopher

Words can’t express how thankful my family and I are to Joanne and all at Gillotts Eastwood for their kindness, sincerity, and impeccable professionalism that was provided for my late Mum’s funeral. From our very first phone call, to throughout the weeks leading up the funeral, to during the service, to even the after care, they have been truly, truly, wonderful. Gillotts were an added layer of very personal comfort during a heart breaking and devastating time, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation.
