From start to finish, Rob, Liz and the team at Goodwins were superb. We were dealt with in the utmost respect and professionalism. I cannot commend them enough. We were able to make our fathers funeral extremely personal and meaningful. Rob & Liz were very accommodating and sensitive to our requirements, making helpful suggestions and recommendations along the way. I would highly recommend their services.Thank you for the manner in which you dealt with us.

I was very impressed with Goodwins. They were truly exceptional. Always professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with and everything went very smoothly. Communication was great and they always answered the phone. It really struck me how genuinely kind and caring they were. Nick and Liz who I dealt with were wonderful and always went the extra mile. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Dearest Robert, Liz and all the team at Goodwins Funeral Directors in Gloucester.I am not sure we will be able to convey to you just how much we appreciate the way you have looked after us and most importantly Mum, over the last 4 weeks. From the first phone call I had with you Robert, it was clear to me that you know what is needed to make a family feel safe and cared for.The service on Wednesday was truly wonderful and you gave Mum an amazing send-off. She is now at rest and my sisters and I are comforted in the knowledge that she is at peace in her final resting place.Your help and support throughout this time has been appreciated and we cannot thank you enough for being so accommodating to our needs to ensure that Mum had a great day. You all provide a truly excellent service. Please convey our sincere thanks to all the team who looked after Mum, to Liz, Liz, Nick and of course all the drivers who were with us on Wednesday. You guys are truly remarkable, continue doing what you do best and many congratulations on the move from your old offices in Barton Street to your new location at Peter Scott House, 2 Heathville Road, Gloucester.KindestRos, Nettie and Veroniaxx

From the moment we made the call and spoke to Nick our experience was fantastic. We called into the office and spoke to Rob to start making preparations for the funeral of my mum. Rob made everything so easy, we couldn’t believe how easy it all went. We had arranged for mum to go to the Heathville road site where we met Liz on 2 occasions and again a fantastic experience. The whole thing from the initial planning stage to the burial could not have gone any easier thanks to the whole team. We cannot thank them enough they were all fantastic and made what could have been a very hard day a lot easier to deal with. Thankyou guys.
