We had been given the names of a few funeral directors and Gordon Haynes was the first one I called. After my initial conversation with Sally I was so impressed that I decided I need look no further. I was sure that mum would be in safe hands from then onwards. I wasn’t wrong - the care and professionalism shown by Gordon and every single member of his team was superb from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend them .

From the moment Gordon and his team took my late father into his care we were reassured that he would be treat him with dignity and respect. He held our hands and lead us through this difficult time with patience, empathy and kindness. The whole process from beginning to end was handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Sadly this was the second time in 4 years I have had to organise a loved ones funeral, Gordon Haynes handled my father's funeral in 2021. So when I recently lost my husband, I knew I could totally trust and rely on Gordon & Sally to give him the send off he deserved. They guided me through the whole process once again with kindness, compassion and understanding, making a very tough time as easy and painless as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gordon, Sally and their team to anyone needing their services.

The care and thought she put into creating such a personal service was incredibly special. Mum would have been very pleased. We are extremely grateful for everything the team did for us and would not hesitate to recommend Gordon Haynes.
