There was s complex set of circumstances involved with this service. Still, considering this, I feel they mishandled the situation taking no account of my partner's wishes to visit her late father in the chapel of rest. Surly attitude from office staff and those present on the day, would not & could not recommend this branch. Very disappointed with an event you very obviously are unable to repeat.

The photographs were such a hit with many requests to send them separately so they could be looked at again. It was a service which allowed people to laugh and to cry.
