Phil and his colleagues were everything I could have wished for when arranging my husband's direct cremation, and I would not hesitate in recommending H. R. Palmer to anyone facing bereavement.

Phil, Mike and colleagues at R H Palmer, myself, sister Carol, and family can not thank you all enough for the support and genuine care that you showed us through the difficult time of our beautiful mother Ann passing. From the first day that Carol and I came to your office, Phil made us feel welcome, at ease and everything so seamless in the arrangements of our mum's funeral. Knowing mum was being cared for in their chapel of rest gave us peace, and going to see mum there seeing her so peaceful and at rest was a comfort to us. Finally mum's special day where Phil and the other pall bearers genuinely cared for mum with every step. Our celebrant Kate gave a beautiful service with tears and laughter, just how mum would of wanted it. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism, genuine care, and support.

HR Palmers, carried out my dad’s funeral 15 years ago and unfortunately my mum more recently. 15 years is a long time ago but we used them as they done dads and all went well plus mum would have like that. I will say we made the right choice. So helpful nothing was to much trouble and the personal touch was just out of this world even remembering something that i had forgotten. I grew up in the same rd as Palmer family, when my Grandparents passed I took great comfort that they were in good hands Miss Palmer knew my Grandparents. They are kind caring professional & respectful. They done a fab job with my grandad he looked so smart & well rest that he looked like he was catching a quick nap.

We can't thank H R Palmer enough for the excellent service they gave us when we lost my father. They were professional , respectful, caring and very empathetic. We liked there traditional ways .Nothing was to much for them . They listened to our requests and honoured them. They looked after my Dad all the way through from the start, siting down and talking to miss Palmer, and then to Mike who made all the arrangements through to the wonderful service my father was given. They made a sad day very special. 🙏🏼
