Haine & Son conducted two funerals for me in the space of a year, for both my Aunt and Uncle.They had the perfect balance of efficiency and consideration and treated both my kin, as if they were their own.The funerals were very different from each other and as such reflected their personalities.They were both presided over by Sue P. who, again, has the perfect demeanor and a wonderfully soothing voice that inspires confidence and care.I am writing my own Will today and following such a surprisingly pleasant experience with Haine & Son staff, I am tempted to request my funeral be conducted by them too : )

The reason my brother & I chose Haine & Son to handle my late fathers funeral was their response to our first email enquiry to them. They stood out by miles from other undertakers contacted. Their email was informative, compassionate and very warm.This is my first experience of organising a funeral and the staff at Haine & Son Hailsham made it a stress free experience.We mainly had dealings with Karen, who was kind caring and even made me laugh in the nicest, kindest possible way.The day of the funeral was just perfect and Jodie made sure everything ran smoothly, including my request to take my Dad on one last walk through the village of Hellingly.My sincere thanks to all involved who have helped to make this experience so much easier than I ever thought possible.
