Without a shadow of doubt the ladies at Haines, Polegate, Rhia, Jodie and Vanessa are so professional. That is just the tip because they all in their own way add so much more to a time of sadness and stress with their total empathy, compassion and always attention to the smallest detail. Nothing was too much trouble, they were with you through the whole sad process which in turn helped enormously and touches of humour were also hugely valued. From planning the Order of Service to reflect every facet of my husband's life, to the additional help with scanning photos and making the actual ceremony so very special.
