Our experience using Haine and Son at the challenging time of our mother’s death was very positive. Communication about all aspects of the funeral was clear and kind and respectful. It was particularly helpful to be contacted frequently in the run up to the funeral with reassuring reminders and questions that we had not thought about. This gave us all a sense of confidence that everything would work well. Friendly, clear and respectful…professional in a warm and relaxed way Dh. Karunavira (some of the deceased)

We were delighted with the service Haine and Son provided. They are sensitive and gentle, they explained things, slowly giving us time to take in all the information. They looked after Stephen beautifully for us. The day of the funeral went off to plan, the cars were discreet and their drivers efficient. It was marvellous to be driven on that all important day. Many thanks to the team from us all.

I went through the worst time of my life recently and it opened up a whole new world of funeral directors and all the planning that goes into a funeral service and the preparation beforehand. For something that was hugely upsetting Becki at Haine and Son was truly amazing. I asked that she oversee the whole process, that she dress and talk everyday to my Dad and come to the service. I got to see my Dad twice at Haine and Becki went out of her way to ensure that we had peace and time to be able to sit and stay. Becki put the ashes in the urn and brought it to my house going out of her way. I cannot thank Becki and Haine enough for being so respectful, patient and kind and making such an awful time so perfect and stress free. Becki is an absolute credit to the team and on the day of the service all team members were so so lovely. Thank you so much. Xxx

I was very pleased with the professionalism and caring manner of the whole process which had some very unusual circumstances to be dealt with. All of the team I had contact with were very patient and understanding. Rhea the funeral director and Diana were excellent , kind and caring and made me feel a lot better when I was starting to crumble. I highly recommend Haine & Son.
