Jenny was our first contact , after the passing of my wife , from the very beginning she showed a true desire to guide us through such a difficult time . Everything was no problem to her , we met several of the harpins team and I must say everyone was a credit to them . Kind , considerate , and caring . You cannot praise them highly enough . The service went like clockwork , everyone showing the care and respect my wife deserved . I just wanted to share what wonderful support and service we got from all that we interacted with at Harpins. Our Grandmother passed away during the night at Wakefield Hospice and despite the very early call they could not have been kinder. This was our 1st time arranging a funeral, the support we got from Sara as we worked through our options. They were respectful at all times and guided us in giving Granny a send off that she very much deserved after a long and well lived 95 years! I hugged Sara's daughter as we left the crematorium and as much as I hope we don't see them again anytime soon. I know exactly who would we call if needed. Thank you x
