We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations.
We have been serving the local community here for many years, helping families through a difficult time with care and compassion.
"I can't recommend or thank the team enough. They made a very difficult process much easier with their care and attention. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service for people in difficult times."

"From my first meeting with Kiri to when I collected my husband's ashes, they have been so wonderful. Everything was done with professionalism and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. Our celebrant, Sue, went above and beyond and I felt very supported at such an awful time."
— Claire (about Kiri)
"Couldn't thank or praise Heart of England funerals enough for their dedication. The care and attention they gave my son when he was in their care was outstanding. I was treated with the utmost compassion and respect. 5 stars — I would give them more if I could."

"Janice started to become part of family to me and without her and the team I wouldn't have survived the past 2 weeks. I visited my grandad Jim every day, every single day, I was greeted by the team with a warm and caring nature. They always took the time to make sure I was doing as well as I could be."
