We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations.
We have been serving the local community here for many years, helping families through a difficult time with care and compassion.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Heart of England Co-op Coventry city centre branch. From my first meeting with Kiri to when I collected my husband's ashes, they have been so wonderful. Everything was done with professionalism and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. Our celebrant, Sue, went above and beyond and I felt very supported at such a awful time.

I wanted to provide a huge thank you to the Co-op team and especially Janice who looked after my grandad and me for the past 2 weeks. From the initial meeting, Janice was so informative and caring person who helped us plan the most perfect order of service. I visited my grandad Jim every day, every single day, I was greeted by the team with a warm and caring nature. They always took the time to make sure I was doing aswell as I could be. Janice started to become part of family to me and without her and the team I wouldn’t have survived the past 2 weeks. Thank you so so much for being incredible every single day.

What a wonderful experience at such a difficult time. Jenni was supportive, calming, answered all our questions with sensitivity and clarity . On the day of the funeral. Jenni and both Dean’s were very calming and we felt as if the day was going to be so well organised, and everything was going to go smoothly. Thank also to all the staff who we spoke to on the phone and all the people behind the scenes who we never met, thank you to everyone who touched our lives xx

A big thank you to all the staff at the Holyhead Road branch for their excellent all-round service, when making arrangements for the funeral of our Mum. A special mention must go to Jenni. Very professional and efficient, but also compassionate and really personable, making the whole experience far less daunting. We will always be more than happy to highly recommend you. Thank you. Thank you to Paula and all the staff at the Lower Holyhead Road branch for their professional and compassionate service. The way they dealt with the funeral of my late brother, Barry, was exceptional. They made a very difficult and sad day a little easier to bear with their attention to detail every step of the way. Thank you once again from all of Barry's family especially his two daughters.
