We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-op our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral homes.
Jules, Geneva and Angela our funeral directors, along with our colleagues are proud to serve the local community, helping families through a difficult time with their professionalism and dedication.
"Christie took us through the whole plan and pointed out a change in Dr fees meant they owed us money. I can imagine not all funeral directors would be as honest."
— denise musson (about Christie)
"They provided advice as required and supported us through the process with kindness, dignity and respect which allowed us as a family to deal with the process as we wanted."
— Linda Cooper
"It was heart warming to see her face on the day of the funeral too. Communication throughout the process was great, and we were all made to feel welcome if ever we visited."
— Kate Lewis (about Angela)
"They helped her to secure a burial plot in Nuneaton despite there being none available on the councils website, this meant my mum's wishes were fulfilled."
— Julie Cape (about Angela)
"Jenny had probably the hardest appointment when we supported dad to view mum in their viewing room."
— denise musson (about Jenny)
"Jules and the team at Nuneaton were absolutely superb in everything they did for us from the very first phone call. Professional, Thorough, Honest and realistic and most of all very helpful and happy to advise in what was a very difficult time for the Family."
— Lee Bateman (about Jules)

The staff at the Bedworth branch were excellent in their approach to my dad, sister and myself from our 1st appointment right through to the collection of mum's ashes. Luckily mum had a funeral plan so Christie took us through the whole plan and pointed out a change in Dr fees meant they owed us money. I can imagine not all funeral directors would be as honest. The team from Nuneaton who managed the actual funeral itself were also excellent giving us the time we needed. Jenny at the Bedworth office also deserves a positive mention, raking over from Christie, when she was unavailable. Jenny had probably the hardest appointment when we supported dad to view mum in their viewing room. The recommendation for the humanist celebrant was spot on. Many thanks

Our family really appreciated the sensitivity shown by the Heart of England Co-op funeral. Angela was very clear in her communications and explanations of the whole process. They arranged the flowers and order of service for us which made it a smooth process and less stressful at this time of bereavement. My mother had a funeral plan with them where they helped her to secure a burial plot in nuneaton despite their being non available on the councils website, this mean't my mums wishes were fulfilled. The day of the funeral was a celebration of our mums life and we didn't feel rushed, we had plenty of time at the church and the grave side to say goodbye to mum. I would definitely recommend this company to others who are looking to bury their loved ones.

We would most certainly recommend the Heart of England Co Op Funerals Nuneaton - we have recently had dealings with them following the passing of our Dad and Grandfather. As a family we built up a good relationship with Angela, and it was heart warming to see her face on the day of the funeral too. Communication throughout the process was great, and we were all made to feel welcome if ever we visited. Thank you for your compassion during a difficult time.
