We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-op our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral homes.
Jules, Geneva and Angela our funeral directors, along with our colleagues are proud to serve the local community, helping families through a difficult time with their professionalism and dedication.

The Heart of England helped us with the difficult process of the death of our father from start to finish. They provided advice as required and supported us through the process with kindness, dignity and respect which allowed us as a family to deal with the process as we wanted. Thank you, very much appreciated.

Our family really appreciated the sensitivity shown by the Heart of England Co-op funeral. Angela was very clear in her communications and explanations of the whole process. They arranged the flowers and order of service for us which made it a smooth process and less stressful at this time of bereavement. My mother had a funeral plan with them where they helped her to secure a burial plot in nuneaton despite their being non available on the councils website, this mean't my mums wishes were fulfilled. The day of the funeral was a celebration of our mums life and we didn't feel rushed, we had plenty of time at the church and the grave side to say goodbye to mum. I would definitely recommend this company to others who are looking to bury their loved ones.

We were very impressed with the service received from the Nuneaton branch of the society. Especially Geneva Rosborough who was with us from day one and is still supporting us through the scattering. Her compassion, commitment and attention to detail was second to none and she is a fantastic ambassador for the society. In my most stressful days when I called her for help she was so calming and unflustered which made me feel safe and supported through the process and she delivered on every promise she made. She is a true role model and we will be eternally grateful to her.

We would most certainly recommend the Heart of England Co Op Funerals Nuneaton - we have recently had dealings with them following the passing of our Dad and Grandfather. As a family we built up a good relationship with Angela, and it was heart warming to see her face on the day of the funeral too. Communication throughout the process was great, and we were all made to feel welcome if ever we visited. Thank you for your compassion during a difficult time.
