I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the care, compassion, and professionalism you provided during our loved one's funeral. Your guidance and support made an incredibly difficult time more bearable for our family. Your attention to detail and the dignity with which you handled everything meant so much to us. We are especially grateful to Angela, Trudy, Jenny and everyone at the Heart of England Co-Op Funerals helping with arrangements, making the ceremony personal, and our comforting the family, Thank you again for everything you did. Your kindness will not be forgotten. With gratitude The Townsend Family

I approached Heart of England Co-op Bedworth regarding the provision of a headstone for my Grandfather who had been tragically killed during the blackout in 1940, but whose grave was unmarked. Even though this was not a funeral, Heart of England could not have been more helpful. The staff (Trudy) were sensitive and understanding to my request, and worked promptly and efficiently with other partners such as the Borough Council for all the administrative requirements, and their stonemasons in the preparation and erection of the headstone, having first offered professional advice on such matters as lettering and the shade thereof. I live three hours away from Bedworth, but Heart of England ensured that posed no problem with regular communication on progress, inviting ample opportunity to amend any aspect of the Headstone and forwarding photographs at relevant stages. I can neither praise nor recommend Heart of England Bedworth highly enough. Their service is outstanding.
