At such a devastating time, Mary, Karen, Emma, and Jo were amazing with us. So very compassionate and gentle, they guided us through the whole process of organising the funeral and looking after us. A terrible ordeal handled with dignity, respect and empathy.

Lost for words. Everything started well arranging a funeral and then left without any updates. The service was good on the day but still waiting to tie up some outstanding items...but the stress caused was something I wasn't expecting and didn't help at all in a time of grief. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same.

Following mum's passing we benefited from the compassionate and professional service provided by the Ansty Road branch. From initial telephone contact, all the way through to the funeral, and then to the collection of the ashes, the team was always very sympathetic, helpful, and supportive. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Ansty Road branch for their professionalism and dedication to ensure that the funeral was what we wanted. With special thanks to Joanne and Emma for their support, patience and kindness at such a difficult time.
