We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations. Our Community Funeral Directors and Personal Funeral Advisors, are proud to serve the local community, helping families through a difficult time with their professionalism and dedication.

Myself and my husband are so stressed as we made our funeral arrangements with the heart of England Co op on Anstey Road only to be told they hadn't sent the paperwork in to there head office and our money was refunded after 3 months this has coursed us a lot of stress we can't believe our careless they are
