The funeral home took good care of my mum, despite a couple of small hiccups and the funeral was handled perfectly. What was exceptional was the celebrant Tracie Bloor, who delivered a perfect eulogy, was exceptionally professional whilst also being very personal and caring. We couldn't praise Tracie enough.

Jordan treated us with kindness, respect and compassion. We cannot thank Jordan enough for the care, compassion and professionalism he showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. From our very first meeting, he treated us with kindness, patience and genuine empathy, making an incredibly difficult process feel so much more manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he guided us through every step with warmth, respect and understanding. He took the time to listen, answered every question, and ensured everything was exactly as we wanted for Mum. His calm reassurance and attention to every detail meant we could focus on saying goodbye, knowing she was in the very best hands. Jordan helped give Mum the most beautiful and dignified farewell, and for that we will always be grateful. He is a true credit to his profession, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing the support of a compassionate and dedicated funeral director.

Jordan was our director recently and helped us through the process after my nan suddenly passed. When I say we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to support us through this time, I really mean it. His kindness, compassion, humour and all round ability to make the situation just that little bit lighter is something that we will never take for granted or thank him enough for. He made everything run so smoothly, our questions were never too much and he did everything he could to accommodate not only ours but my nans final wishes too.
